Very disappointing! Wish I would have went with another Law Firm. I tried to remove myself from the attorney several times, was told even if I done that they would still get their money. Out of 250,000 I received a little over 90 after all my medical was paid and their percentage. I done all of their work as far as contacting health insurance, contacting my doctors. Also getting all info they needed. I asked to sue the lady personally but they refused to do so. All the pain and suffering me and my family went through believing this Firm was a slap in the face. I highly recommend not using them for anything.

I was in a 5 car head on collision coming home from a 12 hour shift as a nurse(I was the fourth car wasn’t my fault and the collision was caused by a drunk driver 3 cars ahead of me)almost pushed off the bridge into the alcovy river. I lost my car, my job, and my life was turned upside down not only that is a year later I still deal with a lot of pain and suffering, I had lost wages as I wasn’t able to do my job any more due to the injuries and I had to go buy another vehicle!!! And all I got was after the 40% lawyer fee was taken out and my medical bills paid I only ended up with $4,000!!! Are you serious that didn’t pay for nothing!! And the pain suffering continues! I would not recommend these people for nothing I needed a civil lawsuit not no car accident lawsuit! My fault for not knowing the difference between the two until after the fact!

Erika has been so helpful explaining everything to me and keeping me in the loop with my case. She always makes me feel like my case matters. I know her and Steven have multiple cases besides mine but as a team I feel like I’m their only client. Even when things get quiet due to building the case or even through negotiations (which I’m still going through) she always reaches out and ask if I have any questions or need assistance. It’s always nice to hear her start the conversation with How are you feeling today? Thanks Erika and Steven for everything you do

I had been led to believe this firm was high powered and would go after the bad guy like a pit bull...boy was I wrong! I never met or spoke to my attorney and everything was done with her paralegal. I had to remind her of details constantly and when my case was finally settled I got next to nothing and my legal representation backed down to Progressive. Any time I get the opportunity to give people my opinion about M&M I warn them that they say they're the largest but they're far from the best representation. What I really liked was the paralegal told me when all was said and done, "If you don't like the settlement...fire us.". Losers!

My Attorney and his staff was simply AMAZING!!! From start to finish of my case. Anytime I had questions they made sure to answer them until I had complete understanding of what was going on. Mr. Micheal Hammond, my attorney was hands every step of the way. And I definitely listened to him and trusted his process. And it all worked out.
