Our experience with Dale was completely amazing, very organized, and prompt. He was always professional and very knowledgeable. His assistant Lacey was also very prompt and friendly. She always answered every question we had! Highly recommend this law firm.

I initially attempted to handle my auto accident claim by myself, but quickly realized that this would have been a mistake. After careful research, I felt like the Morris Bart firm was the right choice for me. The staff is friendly and was quick to respond to any of my questions. Working with Mr. Fitzgerald has been great, and with his expertise, he was able to navigate my claim easily and reach a settlement.

I’m giving five stars, as I believe At the outcome of my case was very likely about as good as it could possibly be given the situation. I wasn’t really very happy about the length of time that it took, but, at length of time did not entirely fall on the attorney. Medical evidence needed to be established to build the case and that takes time, I understand that. I guess my biggest complaint would be the communication with me (the client) Wasn’t as good as I felt that it should be. I often felt like I was just one of many “clients” , and often felt more like a number than I did like a person. I actually don’t blame my attorney for that, I chose Morris Bart Because of good advertising, knowing full well, the size of the law firm. If I wanted more personalized service, I should’ve been more thoughtful about who I was choosing to represent me.

I enjoyed working with Attorney Mary Miller. She got me the best possible settlement, which was more than I had expected. Thank you Atty Miller for your outstanding efforts on my behalf. A job well done. Should I need legal assistance in the future, I will surely return to Morris Bart.
