WOW!!! Very positive experience! I was referred from a friend who also had Judith Galeano as her attorney a few years prior and the case was a total success (WIN) so I also acquired about Judith's services. She as well as her team took the time to listen to all concerns. Judith was always up front and honest about what my options were, very thorough with the work being done and ultimately ready to fight for what was right on my behalf. I HIGHLY recommend Mowery Youell and Galeano for anyone who is seeking an attorney who is ready to fight for them.
We had the opportunity to work with Mr. Mowery recently and the experience was excellent. Professional, thorough and we felt like a priority. Our outcome was positive and we are grateful for the help the firm provided.
After about 14 years of devotion, high performance, working weekends, holidays and while on vacation, I fell seriously ill and required multiple major surgeries and procedures. When I was "healthy" and able to go above & beyond my employer's expectations, all was good. When my serious, permanently disabiling & excruciating pain began, my employer did not support or help me with ADA Accommodations as expected. It became clear that I needed a lawyer but not just any lawyer...I wanted experience, aggressive when needed, someone not afraid to fight for what was right, someone who knew employment law & the ADA...someone who would listen. I researched the internet, read client reviews and I found the perfect attorney that I needed at that time. It was Attorney Judith Galeano. My husband & I met with her and we were overwhelmed by how prepared she was, her wealth of knowledge, providing extremely helpful advice, setting realistic expectations. Attorney Galeano is a top-notch attorney who is not afraid to litigate if your case merits it. She will fight for you where others may have failed you.
I recently turned to this firm in an effort to resolve a paternity situation I found myself I after being referred by a family friend.nnAfter first meeting with Mr. Mowery and his assistant Mr. Huffman, I felt confident I was in good hands going forward.nnThis changed as we progressed forward in the situation. I communicated primarily with Mr. Huffman as his hourly rate was far less than Mr. Mowery.nnHowever at times I would not hear from Mr. Huffman for days, and at one point it was a week. I called in to be told that he was out of the office for a few weeks. However, I was not informed this would be the case, nor was there any kind of email hold explaining this.nnAbout a month later, contact ceased once again and I called to find out that Mr. Huffman was not longer with the firm. Again, I wasn't informed of this and I then began to see I wasn't dealing with the most professional firm. nnMy situation was resolved on 02/01/2017. I assumed if I owed any payments they would have notified me right away, as professionally it's not the right thing to do to just let a balance sit for months before informing your client of it.nnHowever, as I write this on 04/15/2017 (over two months after my resolution) I just received a bill with a balance of over $700 (that's WAY more than the quality of service I received...) on it. nnThis is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend you find a firm that does the right thing won't hide a rather high balance from you before dropping it on you months later.
Judy Galeano represented us in two custody cases that were seven years apart. In both instances, we also talked to other respected attorneys to get their opinion of our case. In each circumstance, the other attorneys strongly recommended we drop our (unwinnable) case and take a different approach. While Judy made no promises, her thoroughness, attention to detail, and determination resulted in us winning both cases. We have the utmost respect for her knowledge and professionalism, and highly recommend her.
