I have now seen the doctor twice and he seems great and I am optimistic about my care. HOWEVER, it is impossible to communicate with the staff, they are incredibly rude and their processes make no sense. Considering they deal with patients who are in incredible amounts of pain, it is astounding that you have to call at weird, specific times to even be able to talk to anyone. You can't call to make an appointment. They say they'll call to schedule a follow-up, but they don't. When you call because they haven't called to schedule a follow-up, they say you can call back in a few days to schedule... What weird cycle is this? Even as great as the doctor seems, I'm not sure his care is worth the extreme hassle, attitude and hoops.

One star for the fantastic Dr.; he is the only reason I put up with an unkind, unprofessional staff. One woman is an actual bully, controlling, and extremely unkind. The general purpose of this company is to put up road blocks rather than paths to wellness: she is the one you will deal with more than the Dr. This is a very bad place for anyone with any mental illness. I have left that office in tears and once had such a severe panic attack that I sat on the curb near my car for a half hour crying and trying to breathe before I trusted myself to get in the car. I am not one to write reviews, let alone long ones. I'm doing this to warn anyone of what they are walking into. Trust the majority of reviews. UPDATE: Dr. Posner is not even there anymore. He is a good doctor.

This doctor should have zero stars, but I cannot give him that!!! I agree with those who have said the staff is short with you, calls do not get returned, and the communication is one of the worse I have ever seen!!! I saw Dr. Posner once, and the office manager is saying I cannot see him again until I get the bloodwork he requested. LabCorp was not certain about some of the requested bloodwork which is why I had called the office and no one got back to me. I tried calling back, but they were never there as others have mentioned their hours are sporadic for communicating on the phones. When I finally did reach someone I was told I could not have an appointment until I completed the bloodwork. I had done everything Dr. Posner had requested, got a bone density, saw a pulmonologist twice, got blood work from two other doctors, but the Lab was confused on some of this Dr's requests. I just wanted to come in and discuss all this with Dr. Posner since no one would address it on the phone. I was not looking for anything in the visit but to talk things over and get some new labs. I was told absolutely not, and I would be taken off of his services. I will be reporting this doctor to the medical board; this is unprofessional, and the sad thing is I am sure no one in that office will read this because they do not care!!!

The office staff is horrific. I asked for a copy of my medical records, and was told I couldn't have them. They never answer the phone when you try to call, nor call you back either. The front office is very unorganized, and the staff is rude. Not sure how I feel about Dr. Posner yet. I was supposed to come see him to rule out Lupus, and have been to a few appointments and still no answer. I do have Hughes Syndrome/Antiphospolid Syndrome, but not sure he is treating me for that. Recently had repeat lab draws for the doctor. Labs were 2 times higher than my last draw, and blood sugar was very low. Didn't get a call to urgently schedule an appointment until 3 weeks after labs were reported to the office. Thankfully I haven't had a stroke by now as a result of negligence on their behalf. Clearly I won't be coming back here.

For two and a half years I wasted my time with dr Posner who did not ever prescribe anything new despite my health getting worse and 2 recent hospitalizations he failed to answer or return calls during my 2 week long stay. Not to mention the unprofessional manner of looking at my chest while I was talking. I paused and gave him a look, and he still did it. Not getting my hint to stop. Multiple times they "lost" my appt and had to go all the way back home and pay a fee to get my prescriptions. Patti has the big 80's hair, and turned me away though I was having severe issues and was not called to confirm my appointment I already did blood work for and she knew it was submitted. I have always had a 4 hour wait, and people are sitting on floors and standing due to his lack of being anywhere near on time and only going over bloodwork and that's all. Patti told me "honey just go to the ER" "I'll escort you out the back because I don't want patients seeing you cry " I said heck no and went through the front door. She is nasty, and mean. Do not ever recommend this doctor.
