Naval Criminal Investigative Service

I was stationed here (with NCIS, Cyber) for a few years, leading up to 2020. This site has nothing to do with the TV show (other than a few pictures on a couple of the walls), but is the "actual" Washington DC Field Office (I understand the one in the show is at the Navy Yard, though the show is likely filmed primarily in California). The location and people are great and if you have the drive and temperament, it is a good job, with incredible opportunities for training and to move ahead in career and life. I enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anybody who has the desire to work in federal law enforcement. Of note, the building is located on a controlled access, secure facility and even once on said facility, access to most areas in the building is tightly controlled and requires both an invitation and security clearance.

I love NCIS the show is a great show to watch and you can learn something about the show. Mark Harmon and his crew are the great investigators. Dr Ducky and Palmer are great Forensic Professionals and Abby Shutto is a master of crafts and loves her Cowpow.
