Called after seeing what looked like a nice and professional website... was on the phone for less than 30 seconds when the guy tells me he cant help me with the area of NY I live in... as I began to politely ask the guy if he would be able to recommend any fellow colleagues who might be able to help me, he had hung up on me so fast mid sentence that it was almost impressive ...what a waste
