I can honestly say that in 22 years dealing with conveyancers I have never been refused an update and hung up on. If this is protecting your clients interest I would like to know how. I guess you get paid regardless if the sale goes through because you obviously do not care.

Should be no stars, During the entire transaction this company made no contact with our company whatsoever and when it came to exchange of contracts they did not answer the telephone, no voicemail service, and their client resorted to visiting their offices which were closed all afternoon. A shocking service! Needless to say exchange did not take place today
