I met Sharon in 2007 she was the sellers attorney and I was buying my 1st home for myself to live in. I observe, Sharon being very thorough with her Client and my attorney was like sign here, here, here, and here she wasn’t no where near as professional or thorough like Sharon. I tried to fire my attorney at the table and hire Sharon. I was informed by Sharon she can’t represent both the seller and buyer. I went forward with the deal and closed it. I walked up to Sharon and told her that I wanted to get into Realestate and do fix and flips and that I will hire her as my attorney. I have been doing deals with her since 2011 after my 1st fix and flip purchase. She one of the best in the game.

Their office is quite busy ( another very good sign for a successful real estate law practice) but never too busy to answer a client.
