I would give 0 stars if I could. I sold a very expensive telescope. The buyer received it, Saturday, 6/18/2022 by FedEx. My money was available today, 6/19/2022 and when I went to transfer the money to my account it said that the amount I was trying to transfer "exceeded the amount limit that I can make in one week." I called PayPal and they said when a large amount like that could be "laundering money" and I should call my bank. Seriously??? I had better get my money or there will be a lawsuit. I'm not giving away a $5000 telescope. After and if this mess gets straightened out, I'm canceling my PayPal account.

I recieved a refund from a purchase I made. Paypal would not return the money back to my credit card. I asked for a mailed check. They said I must give them my bank info. to get my money. My account is locked for 75 days. I had the money returned to the seller and now his account is locked for 75 days too and he has not received the money. PayPal is very corrupt!!! They refuse to close my account. I want it closed !!!!!!!!!

Worst way to do any type of transaction. They take your money in less than 12 hours after making a transaction, then when a ebay seller cancels the transaction because they’re selling items they never actually had, you have to wait at least 5 business days to get your money back. Absolute joke. I will ONLY be using AMAZON and their amazing refund policies from now on.

I wanted to dispute a charge and had to give them all this info. Then they told me I would have to wait a week to a month to hear back on their decision. I decided that waiting this long was unrealistic and canceled the claim and closed my account with PayPal. Prior to this, the dispute department told me that they would give me a voucher to put towards any purchases on eBay or merchants that use PayPal. The odd thing is that this voucher didn't have any cash value so I just didn't get it. I declined this and told them that I am not going to use them or eBay anymore.

Avoid using Paypal and boycott them. If you are a seller I won't recommend anyone to create a Paypal account. Especially small/medium businesses stay away from Paypal. You will end up getting your Paypal account banned for no reason . They will provide foolish reasons when contacted (contacting them is very difficult if you get banned, you will be blocked and your message won't get reply once you get banned.) and will hold up all your money for 6 months and will end up eating your hard earned money at the end. Even if you have hold on $1 or $1 million , all your money will be transferred to Paypal before 6 months ends up. They are thiefs. Screw them.
