He was referred to me by my employer as part of a legal benefit plan so it always seemed like he was doing the least possible effort. Because of the delay, the other party filed to contest the will, which is still being dragged through court years later. To be fair we told him that it would be an uncontested estate, but it still was no excuse for him to miss filing deadlines.
