DO NOT HIRE this attorney.... I hired him unfortunately to represent me during the time my mother passed away. My brother continued to steal huge amounts of money from her bank accounts. There's also a two family, that was part of the estate, I told Robert it was also part of my parents estate and he did nothing. I had this lawyer for a year, he never let us come to his office. To this day I don't know if he actually has an office or not. We asked for an estimated bill on what exactly he had done for the past six months and never got one. His lack of motivation and the lack of work he did on my case was extremely disappointing. I have to hire another attorney, who btw is quite surprised that no charges were brought against him. I have every bit of proof I needed to get him thrown in jail. My brother made believe he was my mother when he wrote to her insurance, company requesting a one time withdrawal out of her account and in to his. He made them believe it was going in to another account she had. I got the letter in the mail. The insurance agency sent, the letter addressed my mother saying they approved her request and the money was deposited in her account. I told Robert I had all her accounts, no money was transferred to any of them. Not to mention she had already passed away when the letter was written for the request and obviously after he got it transferred to his account. Robert still did nothing. It was a year, a total waste of time. I have to start over again, with a competent attorney, not from this office though. Robert asked to be paid, $1,200.00 it doesn't seem lol ke a lot of money Right? He still didn't do enough work to get paid that amount. I said send me the bill. He never did because he knew he spent as little time on my case as possible. He's completely unprofessional, he yells at clients, hangs up on them in the middle of a phone conversation. Thanks for nothing Robert. As my 'lawyer" You didn't represent me the way you know you should have and I want the money I put down as a retainer. I'm not letting you rip me off too. Horrible attorney!!!!
