In response to Thejfreese's review yesterday, I witnessed what actually happened in the waiting room (along with several other patients). I saw your three beautiful daughters who apparently have no boundaries. The youngest was "spinning" on the floor near the front door, almost nonstop. Patients (some using canes!) had to walk out of their way in order to get to the front desk while you sat there and watched. Your middle daughter kept pitching fits, stomping around the waiting room or throwing herself into chairs, all because she was not getting her way. Again, you did nothing to discourage this behavior. Instead, you start playing "I Spy" which might have been a good diversion except you allowed all three of your girls to get up and run around the waiting room yelling, "Is this it? Is this it?" It was loud, distracting, and potentially dangerous for patients walking in the door. Personally, I am thankful that you were asked to step out into the building's lobby (which is air conditioned) with your daughters. They could run a muck and hopefully not disturb anyone else. WHAT is important here is the quality and character of the people who work here! They are amazing, professional, and always helpful! They are quick to respond and always cheerful ... even through this Pandemic! #thankful

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Obando gets to his first appt 45 min late consistently, doesn't listen to patient, writes lies in the file, doesn't give you the test results, lies to Moore, wants everyone off of medicine that lets them live normally. Please do not go here unless you want to get injections.

I've been a patient of both Dr. Manzi & Dr. Moore for nearly a decade and been very pleased with their care. I was originally Dr. Manzi's patient but when Dr. Moore opened a location in The Woodlands I requested to become his patient so I could avoid a very long & harrowing drive to their office. I.hadnt met Dr. Moore until that point only seen him during my appointments with Dr. Manzi so all I knew was that his appearance gave the impression of a gruff man. Instead, he has been nothing but kind & caring. He has now implanted 2 medical devices that have allowed me to live a full life without need of the pain medications I was having to take and living in a mental fog. I highly recommend the physicians and their staff to anyone and everyone.

You will endear a pleasant staff when walk in. Appointments are easy to get with the days and times needed. Dr. Moore & Dr. Christian will work hard to make you as comfortable as they can with your medical issues. They take time to listen and have a answer for any complaints you may have as well. This is definitely a place I would highly recommend!!!!

Typically no wait times, today my mother's appointment was at 1:45 and it being summer I have 3 kids with me about 2:26 they finally call my mother for her appointment and at which time was asked if me and the kids could go in the hallway to wait. So we are waiting in the hallway hopefully the Dr visit is quicker than the wait to get to a room.
