I consulted with several attorneys regarding trust/will and Robert provided the best explanations and in depth information. I had a lot of questions and Robert took his time, didn't rush thru it and thoroughly clarified all legal nuances that were involved with establishing a trust. The office staff (esp Sejal, the paralegal) was very polite and responded to my calls right away. I can wholeheartedly recommend Robert C. Nisenson and Sejal Shah-Parmar. My x-wife needed a will, power of attorney, living will after checking with other attorney's and deciding on Robert C. Nisenson was a Excellent Choice. From our first telephone conversation with Sejal who is answered every question immediately and gave suggestions we started one of the smoothest processes completed this task. Robert gave suggested for the final draft. My x-wife has Parkinson's and is in a wheelchair and could not access their office. On the day to sign all the documents Robert, Sejal and another staff came outside and explained every document to her all the documents were signed and witnessed. We received the originals and copies. Anyone needed Trust's, Wills, Power of Attorney, Living Wills Robert Nisenson and staff are The Best. Contacted this office and spoke with Wayne C. about a collection that my S/O is in no way directly liable for. Within less than a minute into the phone consultation he immediately and rather excitedly suggested to file for bankruptcy. We were shocked to even hear this suggestion. Speaking to us full grown professional adults like we are children who don't know any better. In no way was that necessary for our issue and we simply wanted advice on addressing a charge that we definitely did not directly owe on. Thankfully the joke of advice was not taken but for anyone who may not know any better or any young people, beware. This left a bad taste in our mouth about this agency as being no different than any other legal office.
