When I went through a very difficult divorce, Robert Stack was recommended to me for my bankruptcy case. He was very professional and understanding during this difficult time. His staff was courteous and friendly. I had such a great experience with him and his office that when my ex filed a post judgment motion, Robert was my new divorce attorney. He understood how hard all the court appearances were with my ex and what my children were going through. He's compassionate and genuinely cares about his clients. I always felt better about my situation after a meeting or a court appearance with Robert. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I am recently re married and Robert is now our real estate attorney.

I gave Mr. Stack a retainer for bankruptcy on Sept. 7 2019 of $1500.00 via credit card. He did not supply a retainer agreement nor at the time I was aware it was required. I also paid him $500 in cash on Sept 9th of 2019 in the parking lot of his office which obviously I cannot prove unless there is security cameras outside. I have since paid off my debts without his assistant and illegal advice. I have called the office 4 times and sent an email requesting a refund of the $1500 over the last 6 weeks without any response. No call backs or email.... WARNING .... don't make the same mistake as myself and others Look elsewhere for an attorney.

Mr stack and his staff were allways available and professional. We had a bankruptcy done and a keys in lieu of foreclosure. This was a very stressful time in our lives and Mr stack took the pain out of it by making a tough situation go smooth! His staff were always very helpful. The rates were more than fair! I would highly recommend this to anyone who would enjoy a less stressful experience at a lawyers office.

We all know lawyers are a bunch of con artists but this guy is real slime. I went to him to file for bankruptcy and even though I was upside down on my mortgage he told me I didn't owe enough. He told me to run up my credit cards another 60k and then he would be able to file me. He was happy to collect his $100.00 consultation fee though. A year later I went to another attorney who couldn't understand why he would do that, filed me under chapter 7. I made 20k in payments I didn't have to because of this a$$hole. I filed a complaint with attorney ethics and of course got nowhere because all these a$$holes stick together like glue. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this POS SLIME BALL! All he knows how to do is rip you off for a consultation fee.

Went through bankruptcy and he did nothing for us, our house was foreclosed on because he told us not to pay the mortgage! And we lost our house anyway, he couldnt care less! Guy is unprofessional, flighty and has no clue what he is doing, major ADHD.
