My wife and I worked with Mike Doherty to prepare medical and durable POAs for both of our children who are over the age of 18 - one was just off to college. We were very concerned that if either of our children got injured, into trouble, traveled abroad, etc, that we would have the ability to obtain information about their condition and status. Mike was extremely prompt in preparing and sending the documents. All communication was done electronically so we were not required to come to the office. The documents were required to be notarized and while Mike offered to assist us with that, we had an appointment at our local bank and were able to take care of it there. The over all cost was extremely reasonable. We would certainly use Mike and his firm again and would recommend them to our friends.

Our company had been a sole proprietorship since the early 80s. As our company is in Roanoke and we've expanded to become so much bigger, we decided we needed to become an LLC.
