Keith settled a vehicle accident claim for me where a young driver was texting and driving that ended up with me in pain for over 2 years before we knew why. After contacting someone within the firm, I can attest the following: 1) They prefer to deal with people who do not use a legal plan (e.g. Hyatt/MetLaw). If they know you are planning to go in that direction, they'll find ways not to take your case. 2) The attitude on the phone consultantion can only be described as curt and impatient. 3) If you walk in to their office with money and no inclining that you are coming on using a legal plan of any sort, you will have a more palatable experience. Otherwise expect a dismissive tone and attitude.
