I was in an automobile accident in April of this year. My car was rear ended with me and my two children in inside. My two children were not injured by very much shaken. I on the other hand injured my shoulder pretty badly. After a visit to the ER I contacted R.M.B the very next day the that the accidnt happened and got Sarina Mitchell as my representative. She was very efficent and quick in her responses. I was treated so well and professionally! I had never been in this type of situation before and didnt even know what the first steps were but she walked me through and explained every process. Not only did she get me a settlement within 6 months after my accident, following many doctors appointments and physical therapy, but she was also able to get me well over what i had thought id receive! If i ever encounter another incident like that (knock on wood that never happens again) i know exactly who to call and ask for!
I was the unfortunate victim of an auto accident back in April of 2023. And upon finding out that my foot was broken I started researching accident lawyers in order to handle my case. I came across Ross, Midian, & Breitmayer and honestly am 100% happy that I did. Sarina (paralegal/ my main point of contact) was extremely helpful and her level of communication was second to none. The only complaint I have during this is the fact that the insurance company took so long to process my claim (about 11months). But that does not reflect the level of service I received while being a client for R,M,&B. If you are in a need of a legal team that cares about there clients than look no further than Ross, Midian, & Breitmayer, LLC.
Will update later. Just trying to find a lawyer to listen to you and not write you off, or don't care to Hear you out. These are the best lawyers hands down!! From start to finish!! From that first text to now has been point on.
When looking for legal representation, you must do your homework. We did just that and could not be happier. I asked several people and then looked at the reviews. First, my daughter needed an attorney for her not-at-fault accident, then my husband and I. What I admire most about this law firm is its care and concern demonstrated by the staff. Phone calls are returned promptly which is a huge plus and legal decisions are explained thoroughly which is greatly appreciated. The firm is big enough to handle most legal matters, but also small enough to provide individual attention. A big thank you to George, Martin, and Sarina the legal dream team!
This review is specifically in regards to Ms. Williams who is extremely unprofessional. Due to a misunderstanding about sales tax and an issue with mail delivery, I had a balance on my taxes to the Attorney General. This firm handles issues as such. I arranged a payment plan with this firm May 2023. When I did, Ms. Williams stated SEVERAL times that it would be for SIX (6) payments which would end in October (May-Oct). In October, I noticed that the last payment did not go through on time so I called to inquire. Ms. Williams was rude from the jump and claimed that my card had declined. This should not have happened as it was well enough in my account to cover it so I asked which card they had on file to see if maybe the error was on their end. She claimed she could not tell once it declined. Suspicious. (Afterwards I called my bank and they said they had no record of a payment from them being declined). She then claimed that the payment plan was for a 12 month period instead of 6 months. I noted that I had notes EVERYWHERE that we had discussed 6 months. Considering that MAYBE I was mistaken, I asked if there was any time stamped email or communication that she could forward me that showed we had a 12 month arrangement in May. This woman said "that's a waste of my time" and insisted I was "doing too much". For a business to say they can't produce a single written communication of your original payment agreement with them is BIZARRE and flirting with the line of criminal. I then politely asked to be forwarded to the voicemail of her supervisor or manager (Supposedly Mr. Roth) or even a Receptionist so that I can leave my callback message with someone else. She refused to do this. Every time I called back in, my call was forwarded to her desk disabling me from leaving a voicemail or message with anyone else at this firm. Every time she spoke to me extremely rude and insulting for requests that should completely be within her job parameters. Mind you that if I paid the monthly payment for 12 months, my total payout would've been double what I even owed to the Attorney General...and yet the payout amount as of today would only be a couple hundred dollars. I suspect that she removed my card for the last payment on purpose hoping that I wouldn't notice and would then get extremely behind on my debt due to "daily interest". When I asked her was the daily interest was she insisted that it is not her job to tell me that and I can find that information elsewhere. I cannot believe that the Ohio Attorney General continues to do work through such an unprofessional firm.
