Needed help selling my parents’ house in northeast Queens. Really grateful that we were able to work with Tom Marasco and the Russo Law office. Tom was thorough and took time to explain options and possible outcomes, while always listening to our needs and making recommendations based on our interests. He was able to handle not just the real estate law, but when it came to appointing Power of Attorney, he took care of that as well. Our realtor was really impressed with the work and responsiveness of Tom and the office! Having him on our team throughout this process made us feel at ease from start to finish.
My family never talked about money. It was a taboo subject and we avoided it like the plague. And so when my father passed and mother was diagnosed with dementia, I found myself in the unenviable position of having to seek guardianship. A random Google search landed me on the Russo Law Group page and I was introduced to Christine Fung. What a lifesaver she has been! She's smart, knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, organized and most importantly, compassionate. She has been an invaluable resource in helping me navigate the paperwork and requirements and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.
Christine Fung was an excellent attorney. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I never had a problem getting in touch with Christine. If she wasn't there when I called, I would leave a message and always get a return phone call. My only complaint was the accounting statements that were sent out for payments, they were one of the worst statements imaginable. My background is accounting and I could not understand these statements at all. I issued my complaint to Christine and the person in the billing department and neither one of them could understand the statement as well. I hope that the accounting statements are changed to be more understandable in the future.
I have confidence in Russo Law Group. As a caregiver for my elderly mother I have someone I can go to with questions regarding her welfare and they are always available. Deanna Eble, esq and her team are always there when I need them. Kirrelle Freeman has been so helpful regarding information on Medicaid and more. Cathy Evans also case manager is a phone call away gives me peace of mind knowing I have informed people looking out for us and our rights.
