A couple of years ago we replaced our pool lights with the pool luxe mod lights. We have a light in the pool and one in the hot tub. The hot tub light has never worked right. It's been replaced 3 times and wiring updated. It will come on for a few minutes then gone. Great concept that didn't work out. We spend most of our time in the backyard and now looking for new lights for our pool. Don't waist you $$

Sending a huge “Thank You” to Cindy Snyder for all her help and patience in getting our new Fiber Optics pool lighting figured out. We are in absolute heaven with our lighting. Anyone that sees it during the night or photos we share think it’s a pool at a resort. We highly recommend S.R.Smith! Enjoy!! ????

We ordered 6 staring blocks and 8 corresponding anchors from SR Smith through our local distributor. Unfortunately they were manufactured incorrectly. Our distributor immediately notified SR Smith however they were extremely slow to respond or help find a solution. We are a small summer swim team and raised for money for 3 summers in order to purchase these blocks. We now will not be able to use them for our upcoming season and still don’t have a solid solution from SR Smith. This was a really unfortunate disappointment for our team.

SR Smith is no longer honoring warranty coverage the way they used to. They were purchased by another company this year and have made changes. They will no longer ship directly to pool owners but only to pool businesses for installation of defective products during the warranty period, with the cost of installation being on the owner. They will make no exceptions.

ADA lift chair that was installed 8 months ago will no longer work. We have requested parts from SR Smith and it has been three weeks since I was told they would be ordered. This chair cost over $7,000 and it is the only way my husband can get in the pool. Not a happy customer.
