After experiencing a terrifying car accident where the car behind me failed to stop, Saiontz & Kirk stepped in to help me navigate the aftermath. Despite the insurance company offering only $1000 for my pain and suffering, Saiontz & Kirk's expertise and dedication ensured I received the compensation I truly deserved. Their support was invaluable, especially when I had to return to the hospital due to unexpected nosebleeds days later. I can't thank them enough for their help during such a challenging time.
This may change, as everything is still not resolved, but I used them for one of those class-action big money cases and they still don't communicate with me, either. They reached a settlement, but I haven't heard an update in months and have been trying to call/email for a week with zero response. I already signed off on the amount and they are making a lot of money on me, but can't give me the courtesy of a simple email or phone call just to acknowledge my inquiries and I still don't have the money or even a date of when I'll get it. I'm giving them 3 stars despite terrible communication because they did get a settlement in the case and it's more than I thought I would get.
They were extremely professional and guided me through everything from the day of the accident to the settlement. My case started in the beginning of COVID so it did cause delays, however they made sure that everything was handled in a timely manner for me to get proper care as well as initiate litigation within the required time frame. I was paired with one of their attorneys Scott Stengel and he addressed all of my concerns as well as continued contact following my case to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend. Only concern I had was how long it took, but this was due to the pandemic, not related to the efficacy of the company itself.
I gave them a pressure wound case back in May of 2022 they co-counsel with The Kennedy Legal Team they only checked Med Star they didn't check any other places I was at. they sent me a letter that they was closing my case on Jan.23,2024 . I feel they did not treat me with any respect by not calling me in at all to discuss my case . Because the way they handled my case I have 10 months to find a new Lawyer and file my case.
They were very informative and helpful throughout my claim. Everything went smoothly from the beginning of the process to the very end. I've used them in the past and had the same experience which is why I returned. Always a pleasure!
