Called them about setting up service in both units of a duplex. The automated machine is much better than other companies' customer service automated machines and it is very easy to get hold of a live representative. I've called twice with questions and each representative has been super nice, patient, and helpful.

There doesn't seem to be too many good reviews for SCG but I happen to get an amazing lady who is helping me with my house search. I don't mind buying a home that is oil, but want the option to convert to gas, and she has given me the liberty to email her any address to confirm. And also was very helpful with what I should look for when searching to see if it could be done. Her name is Marge, I hope she can help others in their search like she has doing for me. Called today to make sure im still on Covid repayment plan because i haven't gotten anything since i set it up. HEATHER.... VERY RUDE LADY FROM THE HARDSHIP DEPARTMENT.....mumbled everything she said so i had to ask her to repeat everything to which she seemed annoyed. Just generally rude and not at all helpful. The typical angry at the world customer service clerk. I hope she slips and falls and goes on disability...

We are foreign users who cannot receive the deposit in check after leaving the US. We asked several times for refunding the deposit into our bank account; however, they simply want to neglect the issue and won't refund the deposit. A TERRIBLE company worth NEGATIVE scores!

SCG should be stamped with a warning from the Surgeon General: This company will take points off your IQ and years from your life.
