I was in close to a 3 year battle with my case. I live in kansas and both Mr.Housewirth and the firm were extremely helpful in all situations that came across. When it came to court dates or meetings it was far enough ahead of time that i could plan accordingly. He would always take into consideration my amount of travel and if it was necessary i needed to be there. I highly recommend this firm and Mr.Housewirth. I cannot thank him enough for all of his time, effort and help. My case ended how i would have hoped.

Most terrible lawyer ever. My 3 year old would be a better lawyer than he is. I hired this guy for my case and it was all a waste of money. nnFirstly, this guy NEVER communicates. You have to call or email a hundred times before he replies once.nnSecondly, this guy does not remember his clients nor does he cares. It's like he just wants the money and wants you to lose. If you call him, he doesn't even remember who you are. He has to go looking for folders to remember what your case is all about.nnThirdly, this guy is not aggresive , I mean he is weak. You cant win any case with him, better still represent yourself.nnHe is not willing to fight for you. He just wants the easiest way out. All the documents and proof I send to him, he didnt check one of them until court date. He doesn't even care about them..HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS VICTORY. nnIt's like he has a personal problem or something affecting him because even the way he talks is so lackadaisical. nnYou will never see him in person to discuss face to face. He always avoids this.nnYou will be left in the dark with him. I had to fire him.nnNow, if you want to LOSE your case, Hire him.nnYes, dont say I'm not your client. This is Esther.

Horrible experience with them. Kendall goetz promised me that it was going to be an open and shut case but when we went to court the first time she didnt fight for me at all. The custody is split up 50/50 and they are still making me pay child support even though the mother of my babygirl agreed to no child support. The second time we went to court she just wanted to make a deal with them and be done with it for the day. We are supposed to go back to court next month but now after taking my 2700$ she quit without telling me anything and tried to charge me extra. I will never recommend this place to any body i know. Especially not any fathers that take care of their children.

Been almost 2 years and I STILL HAVENT received my child's name changed birth certificate. The first time it was because they misspelled the fathers name (took me 1 year of waiting to finally call the Austin vital statistics for the exact reason). Now another year is about to pass after they corrected the name and STILL don't see a birth certificate. They are not easy to contact either. The lawyers always seem to be away from the office. I paid good money for such a frustrating experience.
