I looked at these reviews before calling; what I got over the phone I was not expecting. I spoke with a woman named Kelly who helped me out a lot. She was really friendly, got me a nice little discount on my payment, and now my account will be settled by the end of the month. I hope you guys get Kelly on the phone when you reach out. She was a God send.

They are the worst the are rude all the time. This is the worst lawyer firm in the world. I have never seen people at a lawyer office be so unprofessional and the people that hire them are even worst. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN THIS IS A LOW BUDGET LAWYER FIRM. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER.

Some guy answered the phone and was completely rude it’s as almost like he’s there to be rude and piss people off no really situation with this guy and he didn’t try allowing me to speak to anyone else nor did he try working with me. I really hope I can receive a call from someone more reasonable than him.

Tried calling to address the concerns about my account that I need to make payments on. The man that answered the phone has an attitude. Been trying to reach this law office for 2 months, after two months finally got someone on the phone that can’t even address concerns. Needless to say it was a waste of time, someone else can use your job position for real brother

They are not there to work with you all you get are answering machines and wanna be hard agents. There has to something that can be done about the how they die business but I always say what goes around comes back around I will find a way to get them to practice as a professional firm not as some thugs who feel they can’t be touched
