Scott David Krueger Chartered

As a dentist in Miami I've many attorneys as patients yet I use Mr. Krueger for my tax and business needs. I've known him for years and he is honest. He has consistently advised me ethically in what is in MY best interests and not his. I've also referred him other clients.

This guy is the absolute worst. If you are going to read the intro I cannot say loud enough DO NOT USE HIM! BECAUSE IN MY OPINION, HE IS A CROOK! Okay, now that I have cleared my throat I was in the morning about my mom. I needed probate work done. Funds were EXTREMELY limited and I was living in another state. A friend of mine recommended this guy so I used him. WORST MISTAKE EVER. In short, he was contacting me constantly until he got the retainer. Then NOTHING. Once he responded he said he would get it started in a couple of months. Had he told me this, in the beginning, I would have never used him. I took him to the Florida Bar and of course, they stood behind him. It took me a year to find another attorney due to the bad taste in my mouth but I did and she was spectacular. (Read my reviews to determine who it was.) I found it odd that this guy has no photos on the net. No few reviews on the net. No social media accounts. Think about it. With Attorneys advertising on the side of everything from billboards to garbage cans why is this guy so silent? Because he is (IN MY OPINION) a thief only out to steal retainers. If you use him--you have been warned.

Mr. Krueger is a first rate attorney AND he is a CPA. Very organized, very thorough. Have used his office for about 20 years for tax work; wouldn't go anyplace else.

It's of my opinion that Mr. Krueger did sloppy work on the will of my adoptive father, Robert Scannell. Besides a typo, a woman listed as my mother who isn't my mother is printed on the document.
