This has been a very long journey with Craig that finally came to an end recently. I reached out to Craig close to the end of 2020. That should give a timeline on how long this process took to come to a conclusion. We didn’t always speak at times over the years which led me to having various thoughts about the progress of my case and obviously general concerns. Once I understood that things were delayed in the court system and that unless there was active updates regarding my case that he needed to share with me or needed me to take an action the “limited” communication didn’t bother me. I guess you could say I adopted the understanding of “no news could mean good news”. When we did speak it was always a great catch up on the case in a very detailed manner. He would share how things were progressing along and etc. This also gave me a chance to ask any questions I may have for him and he always gave great feedback to me to have a better understanding on the current situation we were in and possible outcomes moving forward. Overall, I am very appreciative and thankful for Craig on taking my case and help achieving the results we received. I understand the peoples concerns on the low reviews, but once I was able to understand I can’t rush the process/system and to have patience (not saying others aren’t) I was able to just go with the flow and always handled what I needed to handle and knew Craig was handling whatever he needed to handle on his end. Mr. Craighead needs to be reported to the Texas Bar. I hired Mr. Criaghead 6 months for an EEOC case. He charged me $750 and did the bare minimum at best. I didn't realize until I started to do my own research and speak to other EEOC attorneys. It took multiple emails to get a response after payment! His website is a complete lack of representation. It makes me sick. Reading his website is complete garbage and I was in no way represented as advertised clients should be based on his website. Mr. Craighead barley listened to my case. I was a quick $750 and that was it. Mr. Craighead sent me an email after this review victim shaming me and gaslighting me into thinking he did something for my case. In reality, he didn't. You do not need an EEOC attorney to file, but should obtain one when you get a right to sue letter. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this one. However: he did say every client that retained him for a lawsuit gave a 5* review. Am I missing something or if you don't have the best case to win EASILY, it obviously a 5* REVIEW?

Clayton Craighead is the best lawyer in Houston. He is knowledgeable and the utmost professional. I contacted him regarding a sensitive employment law issue that I was facing. Mr. Craighead is extremely reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. He constantly kept in touch with me regarding my case. He was very patient and forthright when it came to me.
