Just called to get some information on 2 foreclosures. The receptionist who answered the phone had a sour attitude. Very short and not helpful. (To the receptionist working, "find a new job if you are unhappy." The is no need to be rude when someone is inquiring for information. You represent the law firm when you answer the phone.
Called for some information/clarification. Front desk lady or receptionist seemed to catch an attitude and change her demeanor. I kept asking questions because I still wasn't understanding and she started responding in a rising tone. She must have had a bad day or something, but be kind and helpful because we may not know your process nor understand your legal jargon. I could tell she TRIED to be patient, but her fuse ran very short. Patience is virtue.
poor law firm they conduct fraud on homeowners.I no I was one of them. I think they are a bad law firm.If you want a lawyer to conduct fraud this is the law firm.If you are smart you would drop them if they are your lawyer. RUNNNNNN!
