WARNING: The reservation for mineral rights was completely overlooked in the deed, which is a clear case of negligence and a lack of attention to detail on the part of Sharon and her team. Their level of organization and professionalism is severely lacking, and their communication skills leave much to be desired. It was not until all parties had signed and the deed was officially recorded that I discovered this major mistake, which is absolutely unacceptable. You can expect minimal effort, poor customer care, and a tendency to leave things until the last minute. I am deeply disappointed in Sharon and her team for their inability to catch this mistake and the lackluster work to correct this mistake for both parties. I did not feel cared for or respected as a customer. I hope they take this feedback into account and work towards improving their services.

I am super happy to have found this professional attorney and Title Company that got the job done I needed with excellent skills! ! If not for her knowledge and hard work I could have lost a 15 + year investment as well as inheritance for my children. I highly recommend you use Sharon Smith for all future real estate business. Sharon is great attorney to handle wills and probate which is her speciality. She has come to my house to get will informative when the people were unable to go to her office. She always goes above and beyond what is expected.

The employee named Angela is toxic to this business. I was here to discuss to my fee and express I was not happy with the lengthy amount of time it took to complete something they said would be done within 2 weeks. She immediately was defensive and attacking me. She would not allow me to see the attorney and just said " I'll relay that you are angry and wish to tell her displeasure." I explained she did not know me, I was not angry and her tone with me was uncalled for. I just wished to give my feedback as a client with Sharon about how this process went. It's good business sense for Sharon to hear feedback and I was not rude with her employees. The older woman in there was attentive and kind, but Angela ruined the encounter and my want to ever return or send business their way. She kept saying Sharon was on another call, as I wished tonwait to see her and that I was wasting my time. Then also said I could write a letter tondispute anything. To which I replied this is a two min conversation I need. I'm not going to write a letter. Again she says I'm wasting my time. And even mentioned the attorney didn't feel well that day. So I replied well I left work early for the same and honestly I have all afternoon as I was going to go lay down. Then when I asked to schedule a conf call with the attorney she said she's never done that before, refusing to do so for me, still a client, as my hours did not meet theirs to come in physically. I left my contact info for the attorney to call me. And never did I receive a call back. And we still had to pay $300 for our fee when it was late from when we needed it. I have never in my adult life been spoken To that way right from the start from someone who doesn't know me nor from any company I've done business with, displeased w them or not. If I had been unpleasant in any way, I would have received the kind attitude from the older woman. Angela needs dealt with appropriately. Do not do business here. Unprofessional, untimely and never will I return or recommend.

I am happy I took Sharon's advice. I ended up in court had I not gone with her recommendation the outcome may have been not in my favor. The team was professional and kind.
