So when I called back, I spoke to a woman named Mary and she was the rudest most condescending representative I’ve ever had to deal with. She kept trying to make me out to be a liar. She didn’t let me finish speaking or explain My reason for calling. She jumped to conclusions. It made me feel absolutely terrible.

This company works for FMC. I was paying them until I lost my income. I had hardships, their response was to garnish my state taxes. Now they are garnishing my wages. They have taken more money than I owe, but not giving me credit for payments made. May they burn in Western Hades. Good riddance when this debt is paid. It is true you can never get them on the phone. I have tried.
