I called to inquire about my own personal legal matter, the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful! She lacked common courtesy and hung the phone up in my face, when I called back she refused to answer or allow me to speak with someone else. I hope I can handle what ever legal matters that I have to with them.Just so I can be done!! If you have a choice don’t choose this office.
I just used Steve and his team for the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house. I am so glad that my realtor recommended them. If you're buying or selling, this is the team you want on your side. They were fantastic to deal with. Very responsive, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Kim, Melissa and Steve (those are the team members I dealt with personally). They are superstars in their roles and make sure everything gets done. If I ever decide to sell the house I just bought, I would 100% use them again. Thank you so much for everything!
I had the unfortunate experience of working with them we closed the apartment however the lawyer was very unreliable and I ended up never receiving a remaining 700$ from the closing and after a few months of back and forth they eventually just stopped replying so i left it at that do not use them for your closing.
My fiancé and I had just purchase our first condo. Avoid this lawyers office! They did not represent us at all. They didn't verify the receipts for the problems the old homeowners were suppose to fix. We still had the same plumbing problems. After the closing the old owners did minimal damage and they didn't even fight for us to get compensated. I thought lawyers are suppose to represent you. No one ever reached back to us. I provided more than enough evidence that the previous owners lied and nothing. This was a terrible experience as first time buyers. You can chose your own lawyers. DO NOT choose this one!
Steven was a great help in a case I had for arbitration for a rental property. He also assisted in the purchase of our home. Highly recommend.
