Jonathan, Jessica, and Erica, fought like warriors for my mothers rights. My sister blocked me from seeing my mother and the day we went to court, Jonathan proved that my sister is/was incompetent to serve as my mother's Conservator and Guardian. They could not have presented the case better. I was completely vindicated of all the other side's lies and we fought them with all the other siblings on my sister's side. Jonathan called no witnesses in this case, he didn't need any, nor would he have had time to call any. I tried a different lawyer first and he was a big waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and call them first.
Professional, Patient, Dedicated - Wonderful Choice! I retained Sean Stewart in early 2016 to represent me in a very contentious post-divorce child custody battle, and I just can't stop raving about the service I received, and continue to receive, from him. From our initial phone consultation in February, through mediation, and ultimately in reaching an amicable agreement outside of court, Sean was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful during every interaction. But his dedication did not stop at the conclusion of our agreement as seems to be the case with many firms. Sean has been incredibly helpful not only with follow-up questions related to our custody agreement, but also in answering questions related to other legal matters we've run into such as landlord/tenant law and real estate transactions. Andy Littman and Jessica Catlin handled my divorce and they were amazing. It was a high conflict divorce with lots of crazy and they were always ahead of the other team. I highly recommend them for your Boulder divorce.
