I would absolutely not recommend Green Mistretta Law firm to anyone I know. Your office strung me along for almost 2 years just to drop my case a week before statue of limitations took effect. Just because the opposite party didn't agree with the case. Your office didn't even attempt to recover compensation for my losses. So I would give your office a 0

Dawn, Stan, and their entire team are excellent! They answer the phone or get back you quickly, their rates are fair, and they are genuinely good people. I highly recommend them for all your business legal needs!

I found the staff very friendly and professional. When I met with Mr. Green, I received the same friendly and professional experience. I think my situation that he took care of was handled extremely well, and I was very satisfied. If needed, I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Very lazy and disappointing. You basically had to beg for communication. They gave 0% when it came to my case. They left out almost every piece of evidence I had even though I was told over the phone they would need it. I had to email and call the day my rebuttal was suppose to be submitted and finally received an email back stating “ Your EEOC rebuttal is due today and I am currently working on finishing it up. I may have some questions later today and if so, I will give you a call.” That never happened. It was never submitted. When I was advised days after a decision was made that should have been discussed with me first happened, they dropped me. When I asked why my information wasn’t used they claimed it was. It clearly was not because we can see the same information shared. They didn’t even double check themselves when they sent over the information again for me to look over for another lawyer. It didn’t contain anything I provided. This either means they forgot my case completely and dropped the ball or they really just didn’t care to help me and didn’t read everything that was actually sent from the other party. Either way, instead of helping me move further they have pushed me back a lot. It’s very unfortunate and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. If it wasn’t so much to type I would love to share my case because unfortunately I do not agree with the response give. To my review. Ashley completely dropped the ball on our case and it was handled very poorly as we have had other attorneys agree with us.

Went to them for a personal injury. They reviewed my concern and said they can take me as a client and that I have a case. They did not keep in contact with me. I had to call several times to see what was going on with my case. Each time I called, I had a different paralegal. A total of 3 paralegals on my case because they kept quitting for whatever reason. Since they moved to a new location, they said they lost my file and I had to resign all the paperwork. After a year that passes by I finally get a paralegal that has my case. She didn’t reach out to me, still I had to initiate how my case was going. The response was, “I’m still waiting for your files from the doctor to come in” After a year???? So a couple months go by and I get a letter that basically says they will not represent me as a client. Couldn’t tell me why. They should of never said they will take my case. I could of went to a better lawyer, and have my case done and over with. They were very unprofessional! I had a horrible experience with them. This was my first time reaching out and needing a lawyer and I got treated in a unprofessional manor. I error never recommend anyone to them.
