If you're contacted by these people, do everything in your power to make them work for their money. Request things in writing, file FTC, CFPB, BBB, and bar complaints. And pray you don't speak to Ms Jefferson because she's just rude from the pickup.

Your phone message says you can pay on line with a debit or credit card, but I've just spent 15-20. I kept getting an error message when there was nothing wrong with the information. The one I got mostly was that the zip code wasn't valid. 24073 is the correct zip code for where I've lived for the last 12 years.

This is the most unprofessional, cutthroat business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. These people will reap what they sow.

Ms. Jefferson is an abusive bully. A monster. I’m literally trying to give her my credit card number and she’s yelling at me. I was finally transferred to Angela - who was kind and informative and TOOK MY $1,000 PAYMENT without rage and judgement. I realize debt collecting is a tough job but when you start profiling people as complete garbage the second you pick up the phone, it’s time for you to get a new job. Have a family member that has been dealing with some financially dealing with them over a bill. Everytime he has talk to this woman Ms. Jefferson she has been extremely rude. She talks down to people even when they are sending money and doing the best they can. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau and report her. She is rude and does not need to be working with public.
