I waited 6 months after signing a contract with them, for them to simply obtain my medical records. Never happened, no request was ever put in, and then the lawyer quit the form with no call, no email, nothing. I found out another month after from a colleague of his. Now more waiting. Save your time and sanity, ignore the amazing ratings and awards you see (they caught my eye and locked me in too) but they're not worth it! Don't let them waste your time like they did mine.

His assistant Emily was easy to contact and get an appointment scheduled a couple of weeks out. Bryan is obviously busy so I was happy he was able to work me in.
