Angie is a fabulous attorney. Not only does she know the law, but she also looks out for her clients. I needed a guardianship done for my daughter. She made the process very easy. She is my top referral for when someone is in need of a family lawyer.

I was set for mediation and the mediator was Angela Swenson per the other parties request. This is my first time ever going through a child custody case and I honestly thought the process would be so much worse than what it was. Our case had some conflict before and we've tried to come to an agreement for over a year now but couldn't. Ms. Swenson was amazing. Of course I had to make compromises and so did the other party but we were able to come to an agreement. We both feel better. She was very professional but also personable. The best part is I really think our children will flourish with the schedule/ agreement that was put into place by her. I think she is a great pick for a mediator but you still have to go into mediation with an open mind and have the best interest of the kids as the priority. I had read some of the Indiana State guidelines for custody and that really helped me to navigate as well. I would absolutely suggest going through Ms. Swenson as a mediator.

They're amazing!. After about 8 other lawyers declined to represent us -(the tenant) for our "constructive eviction" case, Attny Hepler accepted and was successful against the landlord, who was downright unreasonable.

Do not waste your money. Angela Swenson is lazy, rude, and all around unprofessional. She allowed my son to see a cosmetic doctor for his primary health provider that was my ex wife’s family friend and she would continually slander me. This doctor was fired from her old hospital and I had filed a hipaa violation against her for bringing up my mother medical information. I told Angie I would be going against this in court so she decided to change it from emailing when she had submitted them to mail, which I never received and you can only challenge 10 days after she submits them, and the other party still received theirs by email. I only found out by check my case. During court she decided to greatly misrepresent facts and blatantly lie. Before court this same doctor put her hands on me and mock me infront of my son. She later informed me she had seen video before court but didn’t bring it up in court because there was nothing wrong with her behavior. When I had issues it took 3 months of calls and emails to get ahold of her. She had insulted and even threatened me by saying “I will write the most scathing recommendations agianst you” when l asked how sending my son to a cosmetic doctor is best for him instead of a pediatrician.

Worst lawyer ever, she showed up late to court, lied and said I never paid her but she refused to process any payments. Swears I have an outstanding bill but never once sent me a bill like she states she did. Save your money and find someone else who won't treat you like a second class citizen and who actually cares about your case because she definitely only wants your money.
