We hired Tara Whalen to help with a serious felony trial but she was a complete disaster! Not only was she inept and ineffective, she antagonized both the judge and the jury. Then when the judge expressed frustration with her limited skill set and unprofessional demeanor, Tara quit! She literally stood up in the middle of trial, made ridiculous excuses and abandoned my friend in his hour of need! She refused to return any of the legal fee despite doing less than 25% of the trial and leaving my friend in a worse position than if we had never requested her services. Then ... Tara insisted she was quitting to help us?! Tara Whalen is ineffective, incompetent and delusional!
