Tom Ashenden got me 4 times what the insurance company offered. He filed the lawsuit and took all of the depositions. We were set for a jury trial when the insurance company finally paid. I recommend Tom Ashenden and his firm to anyone who has been seriously injured.

I was referred to Mr. Ashenden, by another great lawyer who was working on another case for me at the time. I want to say back in 2016. I remember calling his office and believe it are not my call was actually directed to his deck. I was expecting to talk to his secretary are one of his Associates. Mr. Ashenden, picked up and we talked and I explained my case about an accident I was involved in and received injury to my right hand. He told me he couldn't make me any promise until he saw all my records and notes; but wanted me to send him everything that I had involving the incident. Several weeks later I got a call from his office to come in so we could talk further. After our meeting in person he said he would take the case. nMr. Ashenden, made it very comfortable to talk to because of his very funny but serous personality. And I loved the fact that he wasn't making me any false promises. nI already had my disposition and it went great. So I was just sitting back waiting for a court date when the Friday before Christmas while Mr. Ashenden, was on vacation with his family he called me to tell me the insurance company made an offer. We talk and I declined the offer and he was totally ok with it. But what impressed me the most was he could have waited until after the holidays, but he told me he wanted me to know. nI really didn't know how much I appreciated his hard work on my case until a couple of days ago I was talking to my co-worker and he told me about his settlement he had gotten from his accident and his injuries was so much more worse than mine. Dealing with one of those commercial lawyers where as they dropped the ball on his DUI case and all he settled with after they got there money and medical bills was $4k. nMr. Ashenden, really take pride in all his cases and like he told me my case is just as important as any other case. That made me feel good. nI will without a doubt refer him to anyone I know if they are ever hurt are injured.
