I hired Kirk Halpin in November, 2022 for a customer agreement for an app. It is now almost April, 2023 and I still do not have it (~4 months). I received the first draft three weeks after my initial meeting with Kirk (12/25/22). I met with Kirk over Zoom on February 2 to review the updates that I needed. After repeated calls to his office, in which I left messages, direct emails and voicemails, NONE of which I heard back from, I still do not have the finished agreement. Today, I called his secretary twice and the second time asked for my deposit back since I consider this a breach of contract, and I have to go to a different lawyer to get this done. It is holding me back from onboarding my beta customer for my app. I do not recommend Kirk at all for technology solutions.
I have used lots of attorneys over my years in business but Kirk is one of the best I've come across. Knowledgeable, detailed and very responsive. Highly recommended!
