I can't thank Holly Fairbairn enough she has helped me twice. Once in 2013 and again in 2022. She is very professional and also very caring and her staff is always there to help. I would highly recommend her . She helped me get my disability and when i had issue after being removed after 10 years of being on she helped me to get it back. Thank you for everything and being so helpful .

I had applied for disability several years ago and was denied because of income of my husband. I called to ask a couple of questions and was given a lecture for not hiring them first, which I would be happy to do as a consult, but was instead felt I was talked down to because I hadn't pursued it after first denial. I understand their position but the last thing someone who is in pain and who has been productive all of their lives and feels horrible even asking for help needs. A little bit more understanding or just saying you need to come in for a consult would have been much better than a lecture and a talking down to. We certainly don't need that. Maybe just a bad day for that person. Anyone having to apply for assistance knows about bad days. We have them sometimes every mi nute of every day. I am sure they are good lawyers but I will not be using them or recommending them because of this.

Holly explained the disability process to me and answered my questions. She was direct and transparent which I truly appreciated. I can not express how much I appreciate your expertise and efforts in helping me to win my case.
