Care Enichen was wonderful! I highly recommend her to anyone in need of an attorney. Her personality combined with her expertise was a perfect match for what I was looking for in an attorney.

Care Eneichen is a Boulder County power player who rules with a Genial fist. She makes her clients feel completely taken care of during an otherwise scary time in their life. Care is a person you want on your side when navigating the razor edge of the legal system. When you arrive to your court date with her leading the way, you are on the right side to be on. If her expertise , reputation, and that she seems to know everyone in each of the courtrooms she works in, ( from years of experience as a DA) isn't enough to make you want to hire her, just five minutes of talking to her will change your mind, and you will want to be her friend too. This my 100% honest opinion, and I'm just saying opinion so you will find out for yourself because it is more like a fact. This is a person that anyone would be better off knowing.

Care touts results based on her experience as a formet D.A. and judge. Turns out that she is jaded, and is just a part of the system. She accepts the unfair outcomes as matter of fact, and refuses to fight for your rights. She unorganized, has serious communication issues ( rude, loses phone numbers, and documents) and is tired. After months of working for me and tens of thousands of dollars I would have been better off going it alone. She will waste your money talking about daily life and not concentrating on the facts of your case. Her motto is “kill them with kindness” which really means “do very little and just accept what they give you”. I could not be more disappointed with my experience. Your paperwork will be thrown together with dozens of other files and you may lose important documents because of it. Better off calling someone younger with more zeal. Even the judge did not seem to like her.

Care was incredible to work with. She's brilliant, beautiful, and wonderful to be around. Having her on the case gave me confidence throughout the entire process and reduced a lot of stress. And the fact that she's a former DA and has seen this world from both sides makes her my first choice.
