Staff is incompetent, doesn't answer emails, return phone calls, or show up to scheduled meetings on time. Staff has high turnover rate due to poor management. James Roberts is disrespectful and clearly doesn't care about client satisfaction. There's several better law firms in the DC area, so if you're smart you will AVOID this mess of a law firm.

extremely unprofessional, zero care for your situation , extremely hard to reach them . They will say” ….” Will call back and you will never receive anything, and they’ll keep doing that days in a row. Was trying to reach someone that was working On the case for nearly 10 days and when finally reach out, she said ow I didn’t send it out because there was a mistake , in which I asked “I’ve been trying to reach you for so long , plus we dropped off the paper work over three weeks ago when we’re you going to reach your client to get the information? so if I didn’t keep calling this would have just dragged for longer ? To which she replied in a very rude degrading tone “all that doesn’t matter right now if you’d like me to send it like this with the mistake I’ll send it “ At the point I fired them . The entire staff is pure unprofessional to the extreme. your case will dragggg so long . And the carelessness is another story . Watch out

James and team put me bad position I was with them 7 years first asylum case was delivered late because their own choice I didn’t know when my I-94 expires I trust them but now they write my case I over stayed in the country. Which will be (inadmissible) initial case started 5 months before they submitted. I could say they were not working properly that is called (malpractice). James I don’t know what to say either you did or your team but your actions effected my life.

Decent group of lawyers, very professional each of them and they don’t give false hopes, but only real and useful guidance.
