In the correctional system, it is very easy for an incarcerated person to get lost in the system, this can drag on for months and even years, it can get to the point where many feel like they are locked into a concentration camp facility with no way out unless they have adequate representation, as our states system is overloaded with public defender cases. Sadly, some of these cases lost in the system will die in medical due to no representation to appeal to quickly bring them home to pass away with the comfort of the families and/or receive medical treatment. Ms. Yasbeck worked with our family around the clock and I have never seen a lawyer ever work so hard. She has incredible pull and repour within the legal community and held to her word to bring our loved one home within the time frame she had tremendous experience with.
