As a Black businessman, it’s a struggle to find a law firm who has your back and handles your needs with care. I’ve found that in Foster Firm. Reach out to them immediately. You won’t be disappointed!

Keith Foster and the Foster Firm, My hope is that you and your unapologetically staff can sleep well at night knowing the additional pain and suffering you and your staff have caused me. When I first began my search and looking for a representation on behalf of myself, I did my due diligence to research before selecting The Foster Firm. Little did I know what was to come of it. For I have NOT received any assistance from your company, including no returned calls and or emails providing me the most accurate information regarding my what now seems to be past the statute of limitations. Most of what I know to date is because I quickly got educated on the law based on how everyone that has chosen to turn their back on me in time time of need if they don’t see a monetary value. You and your firm failed me completely nor did you represent for minorities owning their own business and for people that believed in you thinking you would get the job done and finish what I assumed we had started (me hiring your firm for services). Because of the lack their of from you and your firm not holding to your end of your contract, I’m in a tremendous amount of debt due to my pain and suffering, emotional, physical, anxiety, stress and so forth. Your company failed to fulfill the contractual agreement and neglected me and my needs as a client. When deciding to practice law and open up a law firm, I don’t know what your dream and or vision was, but it definitely WASN’T to help, serve anyone, let alone you do not represent for minorities. If anyone is looking for a GREAT law firm and staff that holds themselves accountable and to fight for you on your behalf, this is NOT the company to do it. Please read the reviews below, as they are telling the truth!! Since I can’t do anything but express my own personal experience and have NOTHING to show for it but debt, please let this be a lesson. This firm allowed my case to fall by the waste side although I actively continued to try to reach out and communicate effectively with them. Non responsive This is definitely Attorney Malpractice at it’s best!

It’s very challenging trying to find a good lawyer to represent you. However, when I reached out to the Foster firm, I was overwhelmed with the customer service, the personal attention that I was given and Sharae and Miracle were two of the most professional women that I have ever met. I would also like to give a big shout out to Ms. Candice Springer for stepping in and making everything right thank you Foster firm I will recommend all my family and friends.

Terrible communication and lazy caseworkers. They’re so empathetic in the beginning, but that all goes away after you sign. If your case is not an easy win, they will NOT take the proper steps to fight for you. After my car was hit by a semi truck, I was never offered to visit a doctor after I expressed specific pains and if I hadn’t followed up almost a month later, I wouldn’t have known they were dropping me based on just the police report (which has since been ruled null and void by the courts). I had to ask them if they’d done the proper follow up and research, and Sharee sounded shocked as if she didn’t know these things even existed or happened. They will NOT do the footwork or follow up. Sharee told me she’d call me back a month ago. Sad to see a black firm provide such poor service.

I filed a claim with them October 2021 and as of this day I haven't heard anything from them..no respectable communication..I have never received a call. I only speak to someone when I reach out and then they state " someone will reach out to you"! Needless to say, I never received a callback. Personally I feel as though they dropped my claim..they just don't respect me enough to express that. I tried this business because of it being black owned.. but what I realized is that color has nothing to do with professionalism and respect. I definitely wouldn't recommend this law firm. If you can go somewhere else at least reach out to one of the law firms that's advertising commercials. Such a shame!
