I have use Ortiz’s lawyers for 6 years now. This is my 3rd time renewing my DACA with them and believe me, they have always gone above and beyond helping me! I highly recommend their immigration services! If I could give them a 10 start rating I would.

i started my process and my first consultation was with the lawyer Tessy Ortiz, and she gave me a lot of confidence. but later they passed me from person to person, and i didn't like that. i was paying them for the service, and when i had to ask a question about the case, i felt that the person who had to carry out my process was bothered, i did not feel comfortable, Thank God USCIS approved my case.

My mother not once did she saw Tessy Ortiz. Worst service ever, they only took her money. They couldn’t even answer her question and kept her on hold for many weeks/months. She ended up going somewhere else and guess what? She is now a citizen, another law firm did what they couldn’t.

Horrible experience. Didn’t give me or my mother any input into our situation and kept looking through her phone instead of giving us her undivided attention. We heard from a lot of our friends that she was really good but it looks like they were dead wrong!!

We started out with Ortiz. We had a horrible experience and then went with a different firm. We obtained our permanent residence status, and the experience was like night and day. Listen to that little voice. Only hire someone you feel demonstrates competence and professionalism. Good luck with your application process, and don't lose faith.
