Terrible terrible terrible. I wouldn’t recommend you going here first off they act like they are mad that you call them. I don’t know what they are getting paid for. Their communication is bad won’t answer your calls. They told me dates that my demand was sent out now they are telling me they didn’t say that. I’ve talked to 3 different people. When I first stared with them they had a lady assigned to my case sounds like she was on drugs I expressed my concerns and they then put Mr. Craig on my case he was great everything he said was mostly true. Brad Richardson is terrible and stuck up you should find a new negotiator. He is very rude and won’t let you speak. I should’ve dropped them when I had the chance. Shouldn’t have to go through this when y’all are getting 30% of peoples money- Daniel Parsons
If I could give this place zero stars I would! They don’t keep in touch with you they make it seem like when you’re calling to see what’s going on that you’re getting on their nerves I’m mad about my decision with choosing this company ! Everything has been a run around. Then when you go into the office nobody comes to speak with you the lady at the front desk is very rude I would never refer anybody to use this company. Roswell location is the worst they act like they are for you but aren’t! Then the lady walked out the office didn’t contact Brad! Or anything this is the worst company…. Thanks Brad for coming out to speak with me and making things right
