It all seemed good at first but a lawyer is supposed to look out for their client's interest and it seemed the only person's interest that got looked out for by Deborah Tomich were her own, really unfortunate for any person already struggling at a difficult time in their life but experiences like this show you not to be trusting and to speak up about what is happening.

Debbie was my lawyer for what she claimed to be “a losing case for the other side”. Cancelled all meetings I had with her and assured me my ex had no case until 2 days before trial when she told me that he “had sufficient grounds for a case”. I didn’t even know where to go for my trial! I lost residential parent AND Debbie missed putting the cost of insurance for my son in the parenting plan costing me thousands. I have filed a complaint against the Bar. Do not use her unless you want to feel like you are paying to be unrepresented. She uses the excuse of "you are just unhappy with your bill" to cover up for her ineffectiveness.
