Stop sending me eviction and court notices on my door and sending me letters in my mailbox as well I pay rent every month like everybody else! If I’m 5 days late on my rent you guys are so quick to leave a notice on my door! This is illegal and harassment!!! Do this to people that DON’T pay their rent in months!!! If I get another illegal notice or a letter from you guys I’m filing a lawsuit against this law firm this is harassment and it stresses me out and triggers my anxiety I have so much other stuff to worry about! If this isn’t a scam call me you have all my information I would love to discuss this. STOP HARASSING INNOCENT PEOPLE! Leave me alone!

I received an email from Emma Lor on 2/3/25 who represents Andante at Nine Mile Station in response to my demand letter about a tenant who blasts his music constantly disturbing my peace every weekend. Emma replied to my demand letter saying that the noise I complained about was to be of typical of apartment living…despite this tenant being served not one but two 10 day demand letters. The attorney I consulted with was shocked at Emma’s response because there has to be evidence when serving a tenant a 10 day demand letter.

Tschetter Sulzer Muccio PC has been an absolute disappointment. Their lawyers clearly don’t do proper research, making false claims that don’t hold up under even the slightest scrutiny. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail is shocking. It’s like dealing with amateurs who have no idea what they’re doing. I strongly advise avoiding this firm if you’re looking for competent legal representation. Total crackpots.

Anybody who rates this company 5 Stars is either a Landlord or a Property Manager. Everyone who gave it 1 Star is a Tenant that was on their receiving end. What an ancient battle...this is like review bombing some knight levying soldiers at the local mill (yes, a mill levy), because they had to do their job.

Very nice illegal eviction letter with 7 day notice for my family. It mentioned yall begging me not to go to any news or neighbors or the internet about the contents of the letter and the landlord harassing and threatening my family situation but.. I didn't sign it. A few of us would love for a judge to look at the situation and read my concerns. Maybe if you read my emails yall would have seen that I have been well within my rights as a tenant disputing the actions and threats at the door of my home, who has not only provided medical documents for my need of an ESA but asked multiple times to stop being harassed and even had your staff try and gaslight me stating I wasn't harassed while yall try and push an illegal eviction. We have plenty of "proof" which isn't even a need in the state of Colorado but rather will be your job to prove none of this was retaliatory. It was "inappropriate" for me to ask if it was retaliation at my door or harassment because I received 4 eviction notices in 1 day? Lol no that is within my rights. When are y'all going to stop violating people's rights and using illegal intimidation tactics to push people into the corner you want them? I'm pretty sure you should have offered me to break the lease and 3x what my rent is be paid back to me but yall set it up real nice for yourselves hoping I'd sign my rights away huh? I do not consent to your solicitation nor your invalid threats you make in my email. Stop harassing my family, especially with illegal intimidation tactics. And stop retaliating against me for disputing illegal eviction notices and standing up for myself against harassment at the door of my home. Again your solicitation and threats are unwelcome in my mailbox. I have plenty of proof to show that yall are trying to turn this around away from the rights you have violated of not only mine but my family who are all tenants of the state of Colorado and subject to the same rights as I. Your demands are illegal and the fact that you even tried to demand such things was illegal. Stop harassing my family. No matter what you try and sneak into clauses, NOTHING in the lease supercedes THE LAW. My first mention of emotional distress was months ago. Documentation will show this has been an ongoing thing and it seems y'all are professionals at violating Colorado citizen rights so probably nothing new under the sun for you when it comes to asking people to sign away their rights. I'm glad yall underestimated me and tried pushing me into desperation to make a bad choice for my family, but I can read quite well. Thank you.
