I echo the "Dazed & Confused Law Firm" past review. A review of current Trust/Estate documents was requested months ago and we experienced numerous scheduling issues before finally having a conference call this week regarding the matter. The lack of preparation and diligence regarding a seemingly simple matter left us doubting her effectiveness and professionalism in a field where attention to detail is paramount. Not only was she unprepared after having our documents in possession for over 2 months, she "assumed" we wished to establish a new trust and tailored her answers in that direction until our questions became too specific. Additionally, she had no idea about Disclaimer Trusts or Clayton QTIP Trusts when asked if they might be appropriate - how does a firm that advertises Estate Planning not know what those are? For anything other than simple will/trusts I recommend looking elsewhere. A complete waste of 3 months going back and forth only to be told "I'll have to look at those (documents) and let's schedule another call".
I have worked with Turner Law Firm multiple times now and have referred family and friends because I have had consistently good experiences. The team at Turner Law Firm has helped me with both real estate transactions and estate planning activities. They are always responsive and helpful and make the process smooth and easy.

Tiffany and staff have been amazing. They have done so much for me and my husband. They have been there evert step. Always there if we. Eek anything or have any questions. We love y'all. We would recommend Turner Law for any type of bankruptcy.
Don't waste your time or money with this group. They are completely incompetent, do not return phone calls and have no idea what they're doing. I took a half a dozen contracts to them for closings and in 6 months they were able to get one across the line. Always making excuses and never have straight answers. Tiffany is always out of the office and can't be reached but Karen says she'll call you when she gets back. Lol! It doesn't happen. Would file a complaint with the North Carolina BAR if I thought it would make a difference. Don't have time for such antics in my life so I'll chalk this one up to experience and move on. To any of you saps who give them a shot, good luck!
