Really like the new interior and changes they made to the front desk/office area

ALWAYS very friendly and helpful and do all they can to work with you if you have an issue or problem. Yes, you often have to wait on hold when calling, but they only have so many caseworkers. It's a minor inconvenience. Go one time to the Canton office and you'll see what true one-star-worthy service looks like. The Tusc office is a pleasure.

Takes forever but they are helpful.
