Reviews

USPTO makes fake illegal US patents against other nations' original patents. How? Illegal manipulation of priority date. Kind of stealing original patent rights. USPTO stole my patent rights twice. Fake patentees and those involved have already confessed several times, but US government and USPTO remain silent.
Wonderful place to be at 600 Dulany St, in Alexandria, VA. The previous location for the USPTO, which I knew well, was in Crystal City, VA, up until around 2005, at which time it was moved to Alexandria. I checked out both the Museum and the research section on 1 April 24 with my sons and located my two patents. Research section is now mostly empty, as COVID prompted the USPTO to allow researchers to work online. Photo is of me and a bust of Thomas Jefferson. Inscription below the bust reads, "An Act of Congress authorizing the issue of patents for new discoveries has given a spring to invention beyond my conception." —William J. Bahr, author

This is an enormous shoutout to Jacqueline Reed who stayed on the phone with me for about 30 mins or so to help me through my Resubmission Assignment. Jacqueline informed me that this is a call center and wouldn’t be able to stay on the phone while I made my corrections and had to repeat herself several times but I was extremely confused. She even took screenshots of my documents for references. I’m being so honest… if she had not done that, I felt defeat near! Also before she hung up she affirmed me with, “You got this!” When I tell YOU I hung and was empowered! I immediately did everything she instructed. Thank you so much for your patience, knowledge and extra kind words. This is sincerely what customer service is about. I feel blessed that my call got connected to you. My apologies for the repeats you had to make. I can now laugh at your comment, “I’m not sure how else I can explain.” ???? I said to myself, “Uh oh, she’s giving up on me ????!” But you didn’t. Have a great Tuesday!
Nice museum on the first floor that is open to the public as well as a Lego™ model of the original Patent and Trademark Office Building in DC.
