Henry, has represented an associate of mine recently. Unfortunately his billing practices, correspondence, and lack results, compelled me warn others here. this is something I rarely do... Expect to be billed by the (5) minute for every email, call, and non-answer. Out of desparation, my associate had to ask me for advice, and made more progress in one coversation, then months with "Hank". Good news, he doesn' t turn you upside down and shaking for coins on the first meeting. Bad news is the happy people on his business cards are getting rich off misfortune. Best luck...

Unfortunately I've had nothing but trouble trying to get a working relationship with this firm. They work the families and don't work for them. Constantly giving excuses and delays getting answers to important questions. A total runaround dealing with simple request they're responsible for solving. The covid excuse the turnover of employees made their problems mine. Inefficient ineffective incapable of simple resolve. I've had hurricane damage on the roof and house for almost 2 years and still nothing done. Had water power and cable internet service stopped here 5 or six times at the beginning of them handling my trust. I waited 9 weeks for a kitchen appliance reimbursement because of a appliance fire. And I lost the heating unit in the condo last April and now 10 months into them being aware of this I've gone this winter heating the unit with a electric space heater As far as I'm concerned I seriously don't have any confidence in there ability to actually do the job in a logical and timely manner. They just want to handle the trust for money and to keep giving the trustee a hard time. They asked me in front of the probate judge for another chance for them to help me and makeup for the inexcusable lack of handling issues I've addressed hence The reason I took them back to court. Nothing has changed. I find them completely outta touch with time's. Don't give them the opportunity to take advantage of you and the trust they are in charge of handling. Nothing but stress excuses and a runaround. It's time to look elsewhere and give your family and break. I honestly dread dealing with them and can't imagine spending the rest of my life having to put up with the nonsense I've been putting up with. The stress in my life started The day I first trusted them to advise and actually do what they were contracted to do. Horrible service inefficient people. Tragic results All around. My sister is probably rolling in the grave.

Their intake staff are rude, and don't take the time to listen to what you're actually saying, before sizing you up like a piece of meat. Absolutely appalling service, I don't know why anyone would want to work with a firm like this. I'm sure they'll treat you differently if you lead with your current net worth (and if that number is high enough), but ask yourself this--is that really the level of integrity you're looking for in your asset management team? Hard pass. Don't use their services. You can do better. Especially if you're absolutely loaded.

Hank makes me feel safe and secure legally. I don't have to second guess his work or my estate plan. That's peace of mind!
